I'm a writer, producer, video artist, and ever expansive person living in Los Angeles. I like to paint, swim, read, watch movies, make movies, and pee outside.
I strive to work collaboratively to give voice to developing communities in diverse work efforts.
My career could be divided most usefully into film production, branding, and service industry sustainability. Each sector a culmination of exploring and developing project success and implementation. In film production, I’ve worked across departments on projects for NBC Universal, Hulu, Abso Lutely Productions, and Warner Music Group, gaining expertise in pre-production through execution. Additionally, freelancing in digital media has kept me agile and attuned to emerging technology and market trends.
While working for Chef Junya Yamasaki at Yess, I collaborated with an international team to rethink food production and distribution in Los Angeles. Under the art director’s mentorship, I photographed the restaurant for The New York Times, Forbes, and Esquire. This role deepened my understanding of local food sourcing and reinforced the value of discipline and cultural awareness.
I believe this nuanced background is what signifies my talent the most. I understand what it means to analyze project needs, strategy prioritization, and differing communication styles as a worker and producer. I strive to be challenged and help bolster my community in a meaningful way.
